The woman is reported to have allegedly stole money from children to buy beer at the local liquor store. She allegedly saw kids selling candy and was short at dollar $.25 to buy a can of beer and is reported to have suspected leak twisted in eight-year-old child's arm in order to get the money she needed to purchase the beer. After allegedly stealing the money from the children and purchasing the beer she suspectedly fled on a local city bus.

If this is true what the African-American woman is accused of, she is beyond lowest of the low. How can any adult allegedly inflict harm upon the child's in order to get something they want such as money?
