#RadioShack Going Out of Business like #CrazyEddie Did Back in the Day at #KingsPlaza
For New Yorkers who lived Flatbush Brooklyn back in the day, they knew of Radio Shack, located on the junction by Flatbush and Nostrand Avenue, nearby the number 2 and 5 Manhattan and Bronx-bound IRT subway station. In the early 1990s, Radio Shack was next door to "Junction Video." If you're born and raised in Flatbush Brooklyn and familiar with the junction nearby Brooklyn College in Midwood high school, you knew exactly where RadioShack was.
If you remember Junction Video, you know where you see Metro Sports below on Google Maps is next door to RadioShack.com.
RadioShack was known to sell the famous realistic walkie-talkies back in the day and mobile CB radios. They were also known to sell science projects for elementary school students. They earn huge revenues back then. Why did they go bankrupt today and virtually liquidate the business?
How will those who managed to successfully retire back in the day from working for RadioShack continue receiving pensions? You must be logged in to post a comment.
