Overcoming Writer's Block Through a 'Peculiar' Approach

    Realtime Website Traffic

Thank TheLORD Jesus for waking you up to see a new day.

Morning prayer should be your 1st and main priority before starting your day,

If you discover at times that you sometimes encounter writer's block in your content creation journey, it's always a good idea to wake up in the wee hours of the morning before the sun rises.

Afterwards, take your vitamins and drink water. Following, hit the treadmill on an empty stomach with just the water and vitamins in your stomach and stay hoofing on the treadmill for 1 hour. Walk and jog. Develop a "patterin" for your "treadmill algorithm," whereas you're comfortable with the speed of your walking for most of your 1 hr. cardiovascular stint on the treadmill.

When you are complete with your morning cardio, rest for another hour. Don't eat or drink any protein shakes. Drink much water. During this phase, not only is your mind spinning and metabolism speeding up, but you'll also notice afterwards that your decision making processes are slowly but surely "speeding up Fast and Furious style."

When you're done resting after the hour and you took your post-cardio shower, pull up an empty Google Docs or Microsoft Word document on your phone or PC. Start creating content for your blog or YouTube channel in rough draft mode.

Over a 6 week period of consistent cardio, your writer's block will suddenly diminish. You'll notice an increased ambition to create more content on a daily basis. Not just content for search engine rankings, but quality content for people to feel empowered from.

When you improve your health, your side hustle and passive income potential improves.

Now that you're inspired, pay it forward and inspire others to get healthy and become an entrepreneur.
