#StartingaBusiness is the Right Thing During and After #EmploymentRejection

Faith - This is the toughest thing to do when you're faced with opposition. It teaches you humility and to rely on The Lord Jesus Christ for your full strength while striving to achieve total life transformation.

Today's job market is rough. Employers demand that job applicants in the new era of today's workforce have a college degree, relevant experience, and reliable references. They also demand that qualified job applicants have anywhere from 5 to 10 years of experience related to the position applied for. Anything short of that may result in qualified job applicants (despite having the experience and degree) getting a rejection letter. It's not about how many times an applicant has been rejected; it's about personal growth; how that individual handles it and uses rejection to their positive advantage that makes or breaks them.

Pressing On - Slow progress is better than no progress. Progress, not perfection should be your business mantra toward achieving small and feasible daily goals.

Starting a Business in the Midst of Rejection - Don't look at what you have and don't have in the moment. Really want something that bad? You'll find a way to get started one way or another. Even if it means getting up in the morning on an empty stomach and doing morning cardio for one hour before starting your day in order to have extra energy to sustain yourself for the next 12 to 16 hours.

Visionary leader for change - Where do you see yourself 5 to 10 years from now after starting your business? Do you see yourself in an honorable position to be respected by others and a trustworthy individual? Do you see yourself as someone who went the extra mile to ensure customers were pleased with your business services? This is something to think about if you see yourself possibly in the same line of work for the next 20 to 40 years.

Nevermind the naysayers - You're going to experience all kinds of people switch up on you. Maybe the person is a billionaire who now views you differently for whatever reason and decides to switch up in secret so they can save face before others. Perhaps some family members have secret grudges against you for whatever reason and doubt your ability to succeed. Maybe you got fired by your employer. Or perhaps you continually receive pre-employment rejection notices either in the mail or by e-mail. Whatever the scenario is, never give naysayers the satisfaction of seeing you struggle. You can use naysayers to your positive advantage by thinking positive and creatively strategizing to set yourself apart from the average. What is it so unique about your business that people should give you their business? Do you have a nice personality?

Is your positive energy attractive enough to bring in new business from untapped corners of the earth online and offline? Perhaps you have a unique way of relating to people that easily converts into new business or repeat business.

Take joy when someone has something adverse to say about you. Why so? That should be your subliminal motivation to prosper beyond expectation. That's also known as true business transformation. Transformation is more than losing weight and looking good on the outside with slim waistlines. It's a total change of self starting from within.

Starting a Business: Emotional and Physical Investment

The above is some of many examples of pre-employment rejection. Are you experiencing this currently? It's not the and of the world for you. It can be the start of the beautiful new beginning. You see, when someone rejects you it's actually a subliminal door of opportunity opening for something better to enter your life. Whether it's a new personal relationship that potentially flourishes into a future marriage, starting a new business you've been putting off because of whatever, rejection should be viewed is inspiration to lose weight, build a business, financially prosper, and so on. Are you seeing the bigger picture in this now?

Never allow rejection to best you because there's untapped potential within. Allowing someone to get to you is basically handing your power over to them whereas she or he potentially feels power over you. It's time to take control of your life now and start a business in the midst of employment and relationship rejection. Yes, it's going to be mighty difficult because the odds are stacked very high against you.

    The Road Less Traveled

Trials and tribulations don't always last. The effort you put forth today using rejection and transforming it to starting in honorable business from scratch will be the best investment made in self years to come. Why delay your own success because of how you're possibly feeling in the moment now from countless experiences of employment rejection? Don't let people bring you down because most people want to see you stay down while they look at you from a distance and laugh.

Get organized and start now even if you don't have all the know-how to start the business you've been dreaming of. You're going to make mistakes along the way building your business from the ground floor up. That's okay. Strive for excellence in your business journey. It takes learning the hard way in order to fully prosper. When you achieve all hoped for and you look back on the time you were most rejected, you'll be glad for the hardship experienced. Whatever you do after starting your business, keep going no matter what, even if it means crawling on your hands and knees like a turtle coming to the marathon finish line. Failure is not an option. Be glad adversity happened to you!
