Since 1976, Capriottis.com continues to successfully serve the general public in the state of Delaware with great tasting sandwiches. Their style of awesomeness keeps Delawareans coming back. The founder of the state famous sandwich shop, Lois Margolet from Wilmington, Delaware, started the business off of a leap of faith. She quit her job and moved forward, never looking back in reconsideration of returning to the Delaware workforce. She ran the business with her brother Alan Margolet.
Capriotti's presence today is not just felt throughout Delaware. The've made a positive impact in Washington, D.C. Back in the day, Capriottis started out of a house on Union Street.
38 years later, Capriotti's is still in business and successfully larger than life. On spontaneous occasions, the honorable U.S. Vice President Joe Biden of Greenville, Delaware stops by to order "the Bobbie," a delicacy hoagie sandwich Capriotti's is famous for.
Moral: No matter what you go through in life and desire to start your own business, swallow the fear, take a chance, and believe in yourself. Move forward faithfully like Alan and Lois did, never give up, and you too can be a successful entrepreneur. If you put your mind to doing positive things, and have a hospitable heart in giving back to others, you too can be an honorable example of a business transformation success. Lastly, when you decide to start your business, consider incorporating in the beautiful state of Delaware.
