That's fine and dandy. There's more to dieting that looking good on the outside and having the ability to fit into those skinny jeans. The first unique benefit of healthy eating is experiencing mental clarity. Many people don't think about the foods they eat and how it affects the thought process. People who don't eat healthy often may possibly experience anything from headaches, insomnia, decreased sexual desire, attitude changes, and so on. When you make the decision of eating right and staying consistent with healthy food selections such as lean sources of protein and increased consumption of fruit and vegetables, the body starts to feel lighter as well as the mind. Food affects train of thought. Food is also like alcohol. Eating the wrong foods can distort the thought process in the moment and long-term.
