An effective way of slowly starting on your New Year's health goal is to perform some cardiovascular activities first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If you don't want to do that, you can always exercise at home, or at your local gym in the morning on an empty stomach. Whether your choice is to do cardio or physical exercise on an empty stomach as part of your New Year's resolution health goals, it will help to burn stored body fat, if you perform this healthy pattern of exercising your body in the morning, before starting today. Transformation progress is about getting out of your comfort zone and sometimes doing things you don't want to do, in efforts of making 360° changes in your lifestyle. After working out in the morning or doing some form of cardiovascular activity, restful one hour afterwards and do not eat any foods or drink any carbohydrate in beverages.
