    #Transformation is a #spiritual & #physical #health #journey for #life beyond #drinking a #protein #shake & #workingout

When you do the transformation work in your heart and strive to be a Christ like example for change, regardless how many times you fall, get back up and never quit. Transformation will help anyone get it together and convey healthy messages for The Lord Jesus for the purpose of helping others be better and live for GOD.

Transformation is a lifetime journey starting with the curation of the soul, heart, mind, and body. Getting on an 18 week weight loss and physique alteration plan to improve overall health is definitely a good thing. But transformation so much more than that. Transformation starts with the healthy intention to spiritually change your mindset, better your spirit, as everything else will follow.

A good thing about the weight loss part of transformation is feeling like a brand-new person in the process. You appreciate the journey of transforming from someone possibly bent out of shape physically, mentally and spiritually, transitioning into an individual you couldn't fathom achieving. The weight loss aspect of transformation is definitely a good thing because it helps you to achieve things in life never thought of in the past. One of those things could possibly be running a 26.2 mile marathon on an empty stomach and crossing the finish line just minutes before the six hour time limit. A weight loss transformation inspires anyone to be their best and operate in faith at full strength.

    Heart and Soul

This is the best part about transformation. Some people who start their transformations have the healthy intention to change their thought patterns. That is, those who are dedicated and sincere about transformation. Transformation can inspire anyone to become a better person spiritually and have better relationships with others.

    Transformation of the heart involves:
    • Building others up and not putting them down
    • Emotionally encouraging others of free will
    • Not talking behind someone's back and smiling in their face afterwards
    • Achieving higher education
    • Starting a business
    • Mending broken relationships
    • Doing for others of free will
    • Not taunting others in secrecy when they're struggling
    • Helping a complete stranger and walking away
    • Apologizing to someone of free will whom you've offended
    • Owning up to your mistakes and striving for excellence to be better
The list goes on and on. Transformation of the heart is not achieved overnight. However, if you're a leader for change and desire to maintain excellence, it's a good idea to continually encourage others to be their best, coach them on a personal level if you see a specific fault in them, don't walk away from them, and stick by their side. Transformational leadership is a 360° process of lifetime inspiration specifically for the purpose of building others up spiritually and physically. A heart is a house of love.

While transformation is a process of trying to reach perfection in the mind, soul, heart and body, it can't be achieved overnight. Anyone will make mistakes along the way. Don't abandon someone who's trying to get it right. Encourage them. Be a leader and let them know it's ok to make mistakes. Mistakes are priceless learning experiences subliminally designed to help a person successfully transition into eternal greatness. It starts in the heart and soul with a willingness to make healthy changes, no matter how uncomfortable the journey is. If you refuse to quit no matter how hard it gets, you'll have it all together in due time. And when least expected, those who doubted you will try to come back around. Stay positive, keep moving forward, and never doubt your ability to succeed, while having a giving heart to help others of free will.
