GOD's love means more than anything in this world!

The struggle makes us stronger in all we do. Each day, a majority of us struggle. Throughout all life experiences, take a look at the good things that have came out of you. These good qualities may be anywhere from becoming a more determined person to succeed, going the extra mile to having compassion toward someone who may have been less than a friend to you and so forth. Financial issues can also contribute to having a cloudy outlook on life.

Life is about having patience and the willpower to weather all storms. Yes, curve balls are bound to come your way. It's not about how good you're doing, but rather, it's how you deal with the curve balls that builds character. During your journey in dealing with life, it's good to have a sense of humor, and to laugh out loud at times. In doing so, it helps to push adversity to the back of your mind, knowing that obstacles are only temporary.

Making healthy changes in your life automatically makes anyone happier on the inside. It's a fact that no matter what you're going through adversely, making healthy changes stimulates endorphins to flow more freely in your body. Endorphins are also known as the "happy hormone," bringing about feelings of happiness, muscle building and body fat regulation. It's important to exercise regularly, as it helps you to feel like a new person on the inside and deal with life in a spiritually mature fashion.

Exercising and being active in life as a positive role model for change inspires others to make healthy changes and avoid negativity. Spiritual and physical weight loss works wonders. It creates feeling of hope and a renewed outlook on life to accomplish what you may deemed impossible in the past. Just know that your struggle will bring you out victorious when you least expected. It will catch you off guard in such a beautiful way by acting off of faith and being positive in your mental and spiritual state of being. Most of all, give thanks unto The LORD Jesus Christ daily. Always remember to thank HIM when you make it big in continuing your journey to build your sisters and brothers to greatness. Transforming is a blessing for everyone to experience. Losing weight is more than having a small waistline, doing cardio, and eating salads. It's all about GOD!
