In order to maintain & health both at the same time, I would like you to suggest some fat burning foods which literally have saved me a lot of fats. I was once very depressed with constant hunger and afraid of extra fats. I was then referred to these foods by my instructor which never took my body out of shape
Fat burning foods directly help you in fighting the accumulated fats whereas some will help you in the process by serving as a perfect substitute for high calories intake.

This looks very good. In fact, natural foods of the Earth have a positive tendency to help maintain lean muscle, increase metabolic output, and maintain healthy levels of estrogen in women + testosterone in men.
