CNBC.com posted an Instagram.com story on a YouTuber in New York City that splits a $5k + a month rent between herself and two roommates. If she doesn't already know, she's wasting money. The $5k monthly rent she pays living in New York City can afford her a mortgage, new Mercedes-Benz, BMW.com, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Volkswagen.com, Ferrari or Lamborghini.com monthly car note. And still walk away with change in her pocket.

One thing people are not seeing in this video is despiter her paying sky high rent in New York as a full-time content creator on YouTube, this young lady is delivering a subliminal message that there's millions of dollars quietly waiting for ambitious YouTubers to tap into in 2021. Google.com and YouTube.com will always do well despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you're looking to start a YouTube based side hustle or work as a digital nomad by taking power back from your employer and working for yourself full-time online, always know it's never too late to get started, regardless of age, credit score, education or past employment experience, etc.
