- Facebook employees who refuse to be vaccinated might need to get engaged full-time into the remote work business.
- Some Facebook employees against the vaccine might find themselves having to engage in affiliate marketing.
(Bloomberg): “As our offices reopen, we will be requiring anyone coming to work at any of our U.S. campuses to be vaccinated,” a Facebook spokeswoman said in a statement. The company, which told employees of the policy Wednesday, said it will have a process in place for those who cannot get vaccinated for medical reasons. “We will be evaluating our approach in other regions as the situation evolves,” the spokeswoman added."
Zuck is now mandating that all Facebook employees must be vaccinated before returning to the office. On the flip side, a majority of Facebook employees are possibly "working from home."
Now that Mark is requiring everyone to be vaccinated up before coming back to FB offices, what about those unspoken Facebook employees who might be silently against getting vaccinated, but are Covid-19 negative? Maybe those Facebook employees who are against Covid vaccinations that are healthy feel some type of way about getting a needle in their arm.
So what if they don't get the vaccine? Will they be FIRED?
It might be time for Facebook employees who are against getting the vaccine to adapt to the side hustle mindset, that makes them independent from their traditional job earnings. A side hustle is a passion project a person feels that may contribute to the betterment of others, through priceless sharing of useful information. Or online distribution of products and services engineered to uplift others.
Good news is, even in today's era of uncertain employment and Covid endangering human health, there's still hidden opportunity waiting to be tapped into. The side hustle is the way to go today if you truly desire to have financial security, and be independent from a day job or wrongful terminations.
