Though 2 plates were consumed previous to this plate and had unauthorized food on them, the last plate was healthy and portion-sized. Honesty is always the best policy, right? Besides, we're human.
This is a classic example of a portion-sized plate. We all tend to overeat at the buffet occasionally. It's apart of being human. Don't beat yourself up if you do overeat. Do 10-20 minutes of cardio if you have a home treadmill. Drink lots of water after your meal to aid the digestion process. And, if you're looking to possibly burn a few calories while sleeping, try to cut off food and drink before 7- 8 p.m.
On the plate: Frog legs, Mussells, Stir-fry Broccoli + chicken, Sushi, and Shrimp with portion-sized sliced Pineapple + sliced Oranges riding in the passenger seat.
