    #Garlic for #WeightLoss?

    Realtime Website Traffic

Did you know you can use garlic to potentially lose weight and get back in shape? Garlic can not only help you lose weight and get in shape, but also, assist in digestion. It''s a fact garlic helps boost the immune system. And, incorporating garlic into your daily diet and fruit-vegetable juicing regimens, you can potentially lose weight long-term, while boosting your immune system and getting healthy.

According to Shape, this is what they have to say about the positive health benefits of incorporating garlic into a diet. A Korean study also shows it may hold some promise for weight control as well. Researchers fed mice a fattening diet for eight week to plump them up, then served them the same diet supplemented with 2 percent or 5 percent garlic for another seven weeks. The addition of garlic reduced the mice's body weights and fat stores, and lessen the effects of the unhealthy diet on the animals' blood and liver values.

Yet another reason to savor the "stinking rose," as its affectionately called by those who love it." If you consistently strive to lose weight naturally by juicing vegetables and fruits and eating healthy, consider adding a small bulb of Garlic in the juice machine along with Broccoli (Calcium + DIM), a Carrot (Beta carotene), and a Granny Smith apple for increased energy and maintaining a desire to lose unhealthy weight.

Disclaimer: This is only a recommendation to weight loss. Always consult with your doctor or local health practitioner before starting a new health and weight loss journey for guidance.

Very informative and helpful article and always. Here are a few things I know about it.
"More than 250 publications have shown that garlic supports the cardiovascular system. It may lower cholesterol....It is mildly antihypertensive and has antioxidant activity."
    Antioxidants help protect against cancer.

Garlic also appears to help lower blood pressure and supposively helps "intestinal upsets" such as colitis and dysentry. In fact it is one of the best home remedies for blood pressure.

"Garlic is anti-bacterial, antiviral, and anti-fungal activity", which may help work against parasites, yeast infections, and candida albicans. Though its not strong enough to be considered an antibiotic.

It is strong enough to irritate the digestive tract.

Raw garlic can be more irritating than boiled garlic. You should just add garlic to your meals as you did. There shouldn't be much harm in boiled garlic in samber.

This is very true, Terfew. In fact, consumption of raw Garlic is proven to boost the immune system, raise Testosterone, improve blood clotting, and aid in faster breakdown of food. Most people can't tolerate raw Garlic and tend to cook it. Little do they know when they do that, they also destroy the anti o's in Garlic. It has an ingredient in it that produces its smell and health benefiting power called Allicin.

Sliced raw Garlic "as you mentioned" added to meals can and will significantly improve health in as little as 6 months.
